Jim Ryan

Jim Ryan, President & CEO

Jim Ryan joined Viken in February 2018. Prior to Viken, Jim was Executive Vice President, Security & Power Systems at Analogic, where he led the introduction of checkpoint CT for aviation security and rapid DNA for law enforcement. Jim spent 8 years as a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, focusing on clients in the Aerospace & Defense, Industrial and Government sectors. He has an MBA and Master’s in Engineering from MIT, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Lehigh University.

Peter Rotshchild

Peter Rothschild, Founder and CTO

Dr. Peter Rothschild is the founder of Viken. Prior to Viken, Peter was the Chief Scientist and Director of R&D at AS&E. He is the inventor or co-inventor of ~40 patents, primarily in X-Ray technologies. Peter has a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.
